ABOUT JANELLE Hi there! I'm Janelle, the artist and owner behind The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC! I've always been interested in crafts, but it was in the summer/fall of 2007, after speaking to a coworker, that my love for beading came out again, and ultimately, this fantastic business! I also found that it was a great way to accomplish one of my New Year's Resolutions - to donate towards ovarian cancer research - shown in our very own HartLee Collection. I'm 28 years old and live in Southeastern Wisconsin with my husband, Jonathan, and our 2 cats, Meira and Mycella. When I'm not beading, watching a movie with my husband, or playing with the girls, I'm working for a local high end bedroom furniture store as the Administrative Assistant. It is there that I have seen the difference between high quality and "cutting corners" - which is why I will never cut corners with any of the pieces here at The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC!! ITEM DESCRIPTION The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC strives to describe, show image, and represent each piece offered in an accurate manner. Please be aware, however, that due to variations in monitors and how different browsers and systems handle data, the color of a piece can only be approximated. Unless it is stated in the description, please know that the pieces are NOT sterling silver or lead free. We do plan on offering sterling silver and lead free jewelry components in the near future, and at that time, it will be mentioned in the description of that particular item. Some bracelets have the potential to be resized smaller or larger for a small fee. This only pertains to bracelets with clasps. Stretch bracelets are not able to be resized. Please contact us before placing your order to determine if we can resize it. Note that all other items are sold as is. QUANTITY AVAILABLE For the most part, all pieces are one of a kind (with the exception of The HartLee Collection). This means that we currently only have one in stock. However, if we can get the components in to recreate it, we will make another. In the event of two customers wanting a particular piece where we only have one available and we are unable to make a second one, and we have not been able to remove the "buy" link in time, preference will be given to the first order that was received. We will e-mail the second customer, explain the situation, and do our best to get you a product you will love in its place. In the event that we are unable to find something, you will be refunded your money. PRICING Prices are subject to change and become effective immediately. PAYMENTS At this time, we accept payments though PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can also do an automatic withdrawal from your checking account. If you have an account with PayPal, and have money in the account, you may also do a direct transfer from your PayPal account. We would prefer not to accept personal checks, but if you would like to use one for payment, there will be a 10-day waiting period from the time of deposit until we ship out the product to allow the check to clear the bank. If you want to use a personal check, we must be notified in advance so we can give you instructions on how to checkout on the website. SALES TAX Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.6% sales tax at checkout. SHIPPING We want to make sure you get your merchandise as soon as possible. Most items ship out via USPS Priority Mail within 24-48 hours of clearance of payment. If, for any reason, it may be longer than that (due to a large order where additional pieces may need to be made, or any other reason), we will e-mail you immediately with an estimated ship date. Shipping costs are $6.00 - no matter the size of the order. This pays for the Priority shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance. In the future, we may offer First Class shipping, however right now, we only offer Priority Mail. At this time, we are only able to ship to US addresses. CANCELLING ORDERS Due to our efforts to make sure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are usually unable to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to e-mail us at sales@theolebeadnchain.com. REFUNDS AND RETURNS While we strive to put out a perfect product, we realize that something may happen beyond our control. If, for any reason, you must return an item, we ask that you e-mail returns@theolebeadnchain.com to receive instructions to send your pieces back to us so we may either fix the piece or refund your money, less inital shipping charges. The e-mail will have to be sent within 21 days of you receiving the product, and The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC will need to receive the complete product, postage paid by you, within 30 days after receiving the product. We will refund as long as all pieces are returned in tact and it is deemed to be our fault. Do NOT return anything that has been damaged in shipping, as that is an insurance issue to be taken up with the U.S. Postal Service. It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation and insurance when shipping an item back, as The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of an item in shipping it back. Our customer base will maintain your order information including: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, order information. The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC does not, and will not, rent, exchange, or sell any information. Credit cards are run through PayPal, so all numbers are kept confidential on PayPal.com. The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC does not maintain any responsibility to information on PayPal.com. The Ole Bead 'n Chain, LLC is able to update and/or revise any policies at any time, without notice to you.
